Deposit & Payment
계약금 및 결제
1. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total camp fee is required to secure a spot.
계약금은 총 캠프 비용의 10%이며, 환불되지 않습니다.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full by March 31st.
나머지 참가비는 3월 31일까지 완납해야 합니다.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
취소 및 환불 정책
3. After the application is confirmed, no refunds will be issued after April 30th.
신청이 완료되면 4월 30일 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.
4. Cancellations before April 30th are eligible for a refund; however, any costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
4월 30일 이전 취소 시 환불이 가능하지만, 이미 사용된 비용은 차감 후 환불됩니다.
Travel Insurance & Liability
여행자 보험 및 책임 한정
5. WonderWhy English Camp will cover the cost of travel insurance for all participants.
WonderWhy English Camp에서 모든 참가자의 여행자 보험 비용을 부담합니다.
6. This insurance will include coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability during the camp period.
이 보험은 캠프 기간 동안 의료 응급 상황, 여행 취소, 개인 책임을 포함한 보장을 제공합니다.
7. While travel insurance is provided, WonderWhy English Camp is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the camp.
여행자 보험이 제공되지만, 캠프 기간 중 발생하는 개인 물품의 분실 또는 도난에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
Code of Conduct & Safety
행동 규칙 및 안전 수칙
8. Participants must follow all camp rules, schedules, and safety guidelines.
참가자는 캠프 규정, 일정 및 안전 지침을 준수해야 합니다.
9. If a participant exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior, their parents/guardians will be immediately contacted to discuss further action.
참가자가 부적절한 행동을 하거나 안전을 위협하는 경우, 즉시 부모님 또는 보호자에게 연락하여 후속 조치를 논의합니다.
10. Participants are required to respect other campers, staff, and local communities.
참가자는 다른 참가자, 캠프 운영진, 현지 주민을 존중해야 합니다.
Health & Medical Consent
건강 및 의료 동의
11. Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before the camp starts.
학부모/보호자는 캠프 시작 전에 참가자의 건강 상태, 알레르기, 특이 사항을 반드시 알려야 합니다.
12. In case of a medical emergency, WonderWhy English Camp has the right to provide necessary medical treatment at the guardian’s expense.
응급 상황 발생 시, 캠프는 보호자의 비용 부담 하에 필요한 의료 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
Media Release & Privacy
미디어 사용 동의 및 개인정보 보호
13. Photos and videos taken during the camp may be used for promotional and educational purposes unless the participant opts out in writing.
캠프 기간 동안 촬영된 사진 및 영상은 홍보 및 교육 목적으로 사용될 수 있으며, 사용을 원치 않는 경우 사전 서면 요청이 필요합니다.
14. Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used only for camp-related purposes.
등록 시 제공된 개인정보는 철저히 보호되며, 캠프 운영과 관련된 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

동의 사항
By submitting an application and payment, participants and their guardians agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
신청서 제출 및 결제를 완료함으로써 참가자와 보호자는 위 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
