원더와이 영어 캠프 환불 정책
Deposit & Payment
계약금 및 결제
1. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total camp fee is required upon registration.
등록 시 총 캠프 비용의 10%에 해당하는 계약금을 지불해야 하며, 계약금은 환불되지 않습니다.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full by March 31st.
잔액은 3월 31일까지 완납해야 합니다.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
취소 및 환불 규정

3. Cancellations before April 30th are eligible for a refund, but any costs already incurred will be deducted.
4월 30일 이전 취소 시 환불이 가능하지만, 이미 발생한 비용은 차감 후 환불됩니다.
4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 30th.
4월 30일 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.
5. If a participant withdraws after the camp starts, no refund will be provided.
캠프 시작 이후 참가자가 중도 취소하는 경우, 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.
Special Circumstances
특별 환불 규정
6. If a participant is unable to attend due to serious medical emergencies, a partial refund may be granted upon submission of official medical documentation.
참가자가 심각한 건강상의 이유로 참석이 불가능할 경우, 공식 의료 서류 제출 시 부분 환불이 가능할 수 있습니다.
7. If the camp is canceled by WonderWhy English Camp due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
예상치 못한 상황으로 인해 캠프가 취소될 경우, 참가자는 전액 환불을 받게 됩니다.
Refund Process

8. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the camp administration.
환불 요청은 반드시 이메일을 통해 서면으로 제출해야 합니다.
9. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
환불이 승인되면 영업일 기준 14일 이내에 원래 결제 방식으로 환불이 처리됩니다.

By registering for WonderWhy English Camp, participants and their guardians agree to the refund policy stated above.
캠프에 등록함으로써, 참가자 및 보호자는 위 환불 정책에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
